Once Accused was released on bail then. We Started framing defense strategies for this case
Challenge for me was in this case accused was charged under various sections of penal law. Moreover the main argument from the state every time was that 31 more FIR has been pending against this accused so bail should not be granted and the cheating amount was about 100 Crores or that almost equals 1,30,27,750.00 United States Dollars ($). I used my mind to get a bail of co-accused Shamim Jadugar via order dated 09/09/2020 in FIR no 603/2020
