In this case, a female was harassed by a police officer. In Rajasthan, lots of protests were made by people but nothing happened ultimately that female approached us and we helped her to register FIR against such an officer. If the women in the country are subjected to harassment then how can our sisters remain safe?. What it actually needs is an advocate who can stand for injustice with the women. Who can stop the sexual exploitation of them at working/public places? What it needs is an advocate who can let women know about their rights and duties. Since Complaint has to be made against the police themself so there was a delay from the departmental side initially as per the complainant .
The complaint was made against the police and FIR was to be registered by them. But with the application of legal mind it was easy to get FIR registered
